Positive: The breakfast was delicious with lots of options. The reception staff conciege and doormen went out of their way to be helpful friendly and efficient. The Complimentary bicycle use was also a huge bonus. Valet parking was also really useful.
Negative: The service at breakfast was unfortunately really poor you had to ask multiple times to get a coffee order in ect.

Positive: Miramare staff made us feel very welcomed, were attentive and pleasant without being intrusive. The hotel is clean, the garden a space of tranquility within the agitated San Remo city. It is located in front of beaches, which are not the nicest but very convenient from a location point of view. The breakfast is fantastic, although I do suggest serving another coffee. In the land of good coffee I am sure management can find a better Italian brand. The restaurant is pricey but worth eating there at least once. The pool is a refreshing option during the hot summer days.
Negative: As mentioned select another coffee brand.
Summary: We had a perfect 3 day stay at the hotel.

Positive: Staff were excellent & very welcoming.
Negative: Outside is very pretty, inside unfortunately feels like a hospital and very clinical. The majority of sea view rooms do not have a balcony only a window. The showers are very basic and the water supply is not very powerful. Drinks are very overpriced and a short walk to the neighbouring hotels/bars/restaurants are at least half the price, in fact I did not pay Miramare prices when we stayed the previous week in Monaco! Struggling to see how it managed a five star, we stayed in two rooms and both only had 1 socket each! Gymnasium is very small with no spa/sauna/steam room. Four star at best IMO.
Summary: It was ok! Not fantastic but ok!
